PROPOSAL
Fine Frenzy Films: Website Refresh
Prepared for Aline Andrade by Courtney Hoskins, Little Oneironaut Productions · October 2026
Overview
This proposal turns finefrenzyfilms.com into a clear front door for co-producers, financiers and partners. It does this in three phases, so you can start with the essentials and add the rest when timing and budget allow.
Your content and copy are already strong. The work is mostly structural and design: making the slate easy to find, consolidating the navigation, giving your credits visual weight, and adding a clear path for partners to take the next step.
Goals
A partner or investor understands who Fine Frenzy is, what's on the slate, and how to engage within 60 seconds
Every project is presented in a consistent, professional format
You can update the site yourself as projects move forward
Platform options
The site moves off WordPress.com in Phase 1. There are two ways to build it. The phases and scope are the same either way; the platform changes the cost, the look, and how you edit.
| Squarespace (recommended) | Custom build on Netlify | |
|---|---|---|
| Best for | Getting a polished, professional site within budget | A fully bespoke design that stands apart from template sites |
| Design | Premium template, customized to your brand | Designed and coded from scratch to your brand |
| Editing | You edit everything yourself in Squarespace's visual editor | Edits through a simple content dashboard (added in Phase 1) or by me |
| Hosting | Squarespace subscription, paid directly by you | Netlify's free tier covers a site this size; domain only |
| Upfront cost | Lower | Higher |
My recommendation is Squarespace. It gets you the most value for your budget, and you'll never need to call me to change a logline. The custom build is there if a distinctive, one-of-a-kind presentation matters more to you than the upfront cost.
Phase 1: Migration, Foundation & Slate Showcase
A new, restructured Squarespace site. On its own, this phase gives you a site you can confidently send to partners. Work includes:
Full Site UX Audit: Page-by-page inventory, analysis, and road map focusing on usability.
Migration: full migration of all WordPress content.
Design: a full usable prototype with a clean, cinematic look built collaboratively around your key art and brand.
Domain: connect finefrenzyfilms.com to Squarespace, mapping WordPress URLs to their new pages so existing links and search results don't break.
Polish: image replacement, SSO, AI crawler protection/ooptimization
Handoff: a 30-minute recorded walkthrough on updating the site yourself.
Includes two rounds of revisions.
Phase 2: Project Pages & One Sheets
Every project gets the same professional presentation, so partners can compare and share them easily.
Project page template: a consistent layout for each work: key art, logline, format and runtime, genre, status, key team, attachments, and a trailer or sizzle embed where available.
Apply across the slate: build out all 10 current project pages (7 in development, 3 released) from content you provide.
One-sheet template: a designed, branded one-page PDF for each in-development project, downloadable from its page.
Editable source: the one-sheet template is delivered in an editable format so you can update it as projects change.
Includes two rounds of revisions.
Phase 3: Partner & Investor Room (optional)
A private space for the materials you only want serious partners to see, useful heading into markets and financing conversations.
Password-protected page for pitch decks, lookbooks, sizzles and budget top-sheets, organized by project
Partner inquiry form that routes co-production, financing and talent inquiries to your inbox with the project name attached
Instructions for changing the password and swapping materials yourself
Includes two rounds of revisions.
Investment
On Squarespace, Phases 1 and 2 together come to $4,100 at a referral rate, about 30% below my standard pricing. Each phase is priced and billed on its own, so you can stop after any phase.
